Our Commitment
At The Attraction Builder, we want you to feel confident in your investment. We believe in the value of our training and want to make sure it's the right fit for you.
Cancel Anytime
Your subscription is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard through the Stripe billing portal. There are no cancellation fees.
When you cancel, you will continue to have full access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period. After that, your access to training modules and AI features will be paused.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the Platform within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, we'll issue a full refund of your first month's payment. To request a refund:
- Email us at info@theattractionbuilder.com within 14 days of your first payment
- Include your account email and reason for the refund
- We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days
After the First 14 Days
After the initial 14-day guarantee period, subscription payments are non-refundable. Since you can cancel at any time with no penalty, we encourage you to cancel before your next billing date if you decide the Platform isn't for you.
Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), please contact us immediately at info@theattractionbuilder.com. We will investigate and resolve billing errors promptly.
Resubscription
If you cancel and later wish to return, you can resubscribe at any time. Your previous worksheet data and progress will be available for 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days, you may need to start fresh.
